Compact fluorescents come in two basic types, pinned based
(these require a ballast) and screw base (these are self-ballasted, donâ€™t
require an external ballast and can be screwed in to a standard socket).
Self-ballasted lamps are voltage rated and your will be required to determine
the operating voltage. These lamps are also available in many different shapes
and colors to suit many applications. We
also have specialty versions such as blacklight for curing, germicidal
(disinfection) and many more.
